Grover covers several new initiatives in the good government/transparency space including making all Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports freely available online. Congress funds CRS to the tune of $100 million annually, but taxpayers aren't able to view these reports. Rep. Leonard Lance (R-NJ) is pushing to make these reports publicly available.
